The whole property, rooms and common spaces alike, was renovated in 2022. Guest rooms are cosy and spacious, with wide beds and a small living area, air conditioning and a bath. The roof terrace and sun-bathing area look out over the low white rooftops that Cesar Manrique's building rules imposed across the island, and there is a restaurant, a cafe and a fitness centre whose programme changes with the seasons. Guided tours are arranged in house, water sports run from the beach opposite, and Lanzarote Airport is six kilometres south at Guacimeta.
